Complete balcony renovation in just one day

13 balconies - and all of them showed the same pattern of damage: tiles and screed were defective, so that the balconies of the condominium owners' association "An der Retloh" in Quickborn had to be renovated and sealed. The choice fell on the ^WestWood® Wecryl waterproofing system, where the waterproofing was classified in the highest possible performance classes W3, P4, TH4, TL4 and S according to ETAG 005. In addition, the Wecryl waterproofing system, with a service life of at least 25 years, made renovation possible in the shortest possible time: due to the fast curing times of the PMMA resins, the individual layers of the system could be quickly reworked. Thus, the contractor needed only one working day per balcony to completely seal and aesthetically design the floor area with its details.
